✔ CSAT & Renewal Performance

✔ Account Health Across Schools

✔ Team Skilling & Capability Building

✔ SLA Compliance & Service Delivery Excellence

✔ Attrition Management & Team Retention

✔ Regional Project Compliance & Visit Effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, Academic Operations, or Field Operations

✅ Minimum 2 years of people management experience

✅ Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling skills

✅ Experience managing regional/territory-level metrics

✅ Ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams

✅ Data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making
