Regional Sales Director – (People Manager) Full Time

Oracle is seeking a high-impact Sales First Line Manager (FLM) to lead our Applications Sales team for West India.

This would be a strong Sales Leader with solid ERP sales background and extensive people management capability.

A strategic leadership role responsible for driving Oracle Cloud Applications growth across a portfolio of large enterprise customers while coaching and developing a team of top-performing sales professionals.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Quota carrying Applications Account Executives, own a business target and drive Oracle’s market leadership in ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX Cloud solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 quota-carrying Applications Sales Executives.
• Deliver and exceed a territory ARR quota across West India.
• Drive Oracle Cloud Applications sales across ERP, EPM, Supply Chain, HCM, and Customer Experience portfolios.
• Build and execute strategic account plans focused on India’s largest enterprises.
• Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, COOs, and business leaders.
• Lead complex, multi-year digital transformation opportunities.
• Drive disciplined pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution.
• Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Alliances, and Marketing teams.
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales teams and delivering consistent quota attainment.
• Strong background selling ERP and Enterprise Applications solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud business models, and ARR-based sales motions.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Proven experience managing enterprise sales teams and delivering consistent quota attainment.
• Strong background selling ERP and Enterprise Applications solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud business models, and ARR-based sales motions.
