What You’ll Do
- Own and drive revenue growth across North India, achieving and exceeding sales
targets.
- Build and grow relationships with leading brands, agencies, and agency holding groups.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing
accounts.
- Consult clients on Channel Factory’s contextual advertising, brand suitability, YouTube,
and video solutions.
- Lead strategic sales conversations, presentations, negotiations, and commercial
partnerships.
- Collaborate with Client Success, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver
best-in-class client outcomes.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and market intelligence.
- Represent Channel Factory at industry events and establish yourself as a trusted voice
in the digital advertising ecosystem

Qualifications
Who You Are
- 12+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, or advertising sales.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong network across agencies, brands, and media decision-makers in North India.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, YouTube, video, programmatic, and
contextual marketing solutions.
- A strategic seller who can identify client challenges and translate them into impactful
business solutions.
- Exceptional communicator, presenter, negotiator, and relationship builder.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and highly motivated to drive business growth.
