Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager – TASC (Trust, Association, Society, and Club) role, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Relationship Manager will actively identify and build relationships with TASC clients, identify new business opportunities, and implement banking solutions tailored to these customers. Additional responsibilities include driving business growth, maintaining exceptional customer service, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of clients.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build trust with TASC customers.
• Proficiency in business development, identifying opportunities, and meeting sales targets in a competitive banking environment.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, financial services, and regulatory compliance specific to TASC clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is a preferred qualification.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setup, alongside effective team collaboration skills.
