Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions from a variety of insurance products. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, managing renewals, and providing after-sales service, including addressing queries and assisting with claim processes. The individual will frequently collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and recommend suitable insurance products
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving, customer support, and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of financial services, insurance products, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and mobile applications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or insurance is an added advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in an on-site role
