Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Do student counseling & course guidance
- Convert leads into admissions (sales conversion)
- Regular follow-ups & lead management
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Good at sales, telecalling, and convincing
- Basic knowledge of EdTech / online courses (preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in Telecalling / Sales
