Remote Executive Assistant & Personal Branding Coordinator Full Time

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organised full-time remote assistant based in India to support daily business operations, social media activities, and personal branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business and operational tasks. Monitor staff performance including morning task sheets, end-of-day reports, daily updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate with team members and ensure tasks are completed on time. Handle day-to-day admin and support tasks such as resizing images, writing captions, uploading stories/posts, organising content, and other coordination work. Assist with social media management and personal branding activities. Support upcoming event promotions, launches, exhibitions, and campaigns across social media platforms. Assist in preparing for work trips including basic research, ticket coordination, schedules, and travel-related arrangements. Help with general admin, follow-ups, coordination, and execution of ongoing tasks throughout the day.

Ideal Candidate

• Organised, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented. Good communication and coordination skills. Comfortable with Instagram, Canva, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and basic content creation tasks. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Interest in fashion, branding, social media, and business is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
