We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between numbers and business actions. You will gather data from different places, clean it up, and find important facts hidden inside it. Your main goal is to create simple charts and reports that help our team understand how the business is doing.What You Will DoGather data: Pull numbers and information from our systems using computer queries.Clean information: Fix mistakes and organize data so it is correct and ready to use.Find trends: Look at the numbers to see what is working well and what needs to change.Build dashboards: Create clear, automated visual charts that update by themselves.Share insights: Explain what the numbers mean to managers using plain, everyday language.Fix problems: Work with other teams to help make data collection easier and faster.Track goals: Keep an eye on daily and monthly business scores to make sure we hit our targets.Technical Skills NeededDatabase tools: Good experience using SQL to find and pull information.Chart software: Hands-on skill with visual tools like Tableau or Power BI.Coding basics: Simple knowledge of Python or R to handle large amounts of numbers.Spreadsheets: Expert use of Excel, including formulas and tables.Basic math: A clear understanding of averages, percentages, and basic statistics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹37,914.67 per month
