Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalised booking experience.
• Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximising occupancy and revenue.
• Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.
• Keep accurate reservation and sales records and maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings—from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.
• Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels.
• Monitor and analyse sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
• Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
