Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), based in Mumbai. The RMO will be responsible for overseeing patient care, conducting routine examinations, managing inpatient treatments, and coordinating medical procedures. The RMO will liaise with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and will attend to patient concerns to ensure optimal recovery. The role may also involve participation in clinical rounds, maintaining detailed medical records, and supporting emergency care protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in clinical assessment, patient care, and routine medical procedures
• Knowledge of hospital management practices and healthcare coordination
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in medical scenarios
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Holder of an MBBS degree from a reputed institution; completion of a medical internship is mandatory
• Relevant experience in oncology or multispecialty healthcare is a plus
