Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Residential Maintenance Manager located in Mathura. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities for residential properties, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. The manager will schedule and perform equipment inspections, coordinate with vendors, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role requires preparing maintenance reports and optimizing processes for long-term performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage and guide maintenance teams
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Experience in Maintenance Management and optimizing operational workflows
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and ensuring timely resolutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance relevant to residential property maintenance
- Technical certifications or a degree related to facility management, mechanical engineering, or a relevant field is a plus
- Prior experience in residential or property maintenance management is highly desirable
