Key Responsibilities:
For Guest Service Associate / Sr. GSA / Captain (F&B):
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns promptly
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

For Kitchen Staff:
Assist in food preparation and cooking as per standards
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Support the kitchen team in daily operations
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of hospitality/food industry (preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow
