Hiring: Retail Expansion Lead for Leading D2C Lifestyle/Retail Brand
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
We are looking for an experienced Retail Expansion Lead to drive the growth of our offline retail network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail expansion, store acquisition, leasing negotiations, and store rollout execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Operations, or a related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Operations, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of independently closing retail leasing deals.
- Strong network within the retail leasing, mall management, and commercial real estate ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of retail leasing, store economics, and expansion strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-potential retail locations across malls and high streets.
- Lead end-to-end lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Manage store expansion projects from site selection to successful launch.
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely store openings.
- Monitor store performance, operational efficiency, and expansion metrics.
- Develop and implement scalable retail processes and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, supply chain, and leadership.
- Resolve project and operational challenges to ensure smooth execution.
Compensation:
- Salary up to ₹15 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
