As an Insurance Consultant (IC) — have genuine, helpful conversations with customers and suggest the best Bajaj Life plan suited to their life goals

As a Retail Partner — connect with shop owners, agents, and business associates and help them partner with Bajaj Life to offer insurance to their customers

Onboard new retail partners in a simple, guided process — full documentation support provided by our team

Build warm, long-term relationships with customers and partners — no pushing, no pressure, just honest guidance

Assist partners with basic product knowledge so they feel confident recommending Bajaj Life plans

Share simple updates with your manager — easy, structured, and supportive check-ins only
