Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional and area sales teams to ensure high performance.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and demand planning in coordination with supply chain teams.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, key retailers, and modern trade partners.
• Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Drive product visibility, merchandising standards, and in-store promotions across outlets.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, MNC governance standards, and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support business growth.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG retail sales, Mandatory in the Food category.
• Mandatory experience working with a reputed MNC FMCG organization.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale retail sales operations and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of General Trade, Modern Trade, and distributor management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in sales planning and forecasting.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
