Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Location: Assam (70% Travel Required)
Job Description:
RS TRADE HOUSE is looking for a dedicated and responsible Retail Operations Manager to oversee and manage garment stores across various regions of Assam. This role involves extensive travel and requires strong operational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of multiple garment retail stores
- Ensure smooth functioning and standardization across all store locations
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
- Manage and guide store staff, including training and performance tracking
- Maintain inventory control and coordinate stock movement between stores
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation
- Conduct regular store visits and audits
- Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in retail operations preferred (garment sector is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 70%)
- Good communication and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple stores efficiently
