Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and monitor risks across the business. The role combines analytical rigor with structured judgement — surfacing risks early and helping leadership make informed trade-offs.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct risk assessments across credit, operational, market, and compliance dimensions
– Build and maintain risk models, scoring frameworks, and dashboards
– Monitor key risk indicators and surface emerging risks to leadership
– Run scenario analysis and stress testing on portfolios or operations
– Document risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans
– Partner with audit, compliance, and operations teams on remediation
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 3+ years in risk analysis, internal audit, or financial analysis
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL
– Working knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel, NIST, or equivalent)
– Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
– Familiarity with GRC platforms is a plus
– FRM, CFA, or similar certification is a plus
