Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, anticipating their needs and proactively offering relevant products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals, contributing to revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to understand their evolving financial goals and provide strategic advice.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals, financial analyses, and reports for clients, clearly articulating value propositions and investment strategies.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
