What we are looking for: S/4 HANA Service Functional Consultant

Interview Mode: virtual discussion (via MS Teams)

Interview Location : PAN INDIA

Exp : 8-13 Yrs

1. Gather and analyze business requirements related to service management processes
2. Design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions (service contracts, service orders, repairs)
3. Configure pricing, billing, and service execution processes in SAP S/4HANA
4. Integrate Service module with SD, MM, PM and other SAP modules
5. Support end-to-end service lifecycle (request planning execution billing analysis)
6. Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and coordinate with technical teams
7. Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure solution quality
8. Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
9. Collaborate with stakeholders and act as a bridge between business and IT teams
10. Drive process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization
