Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chengalpattu for the role of SA Manager – Production Planning & Control. The individual will oversee the development and execution of production schedules, coordinate capacity planning to meet delivery timeline demands, and liaise with multiple departments to align resources. Responsibilities also include managing inventory control systems, facilitating efficient workflow, and ensuring that all production processes align with organizational goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Experience in Capacity Planning to ensure optimal utilization of resources
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making within production environments
• Expertise in Inventory Control to ensure efficient material usage and minimize waste
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in production planning and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
