About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for our supplier customers, driving revenue through sales, renewals, and relationship management. This is a high-impact role supporting international markets (UK/US/Canada).
What You’ll Do
- Convert leads into paying customers and drive sales closures
- Manage outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Handle renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with global supplier customers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in sales / customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Comfortable working with international customers
- Target-driven, resilient, and proactive mindset
- Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce/MS Dynamics preferred)

Shift Details
- Night Shift (US/UK aligned hours) ; Mon to Fri – 07:30 pm to 04:30 am (IST)
- Work from office (Mumbai)
