Role: Sales and Business Development Associate

Role Description
You’ll own the full sales cycle for our AI info products and learning programmes. That means prospecting, pitching, closing, and building the kind of relationships that turn first-time buyers into long-term advocates. This isn’t a support role. You’re the revenue engine.
Compensation
Base salary: Rs. 5,000/month + Tiered incentives based on targets:
Total earnings are uncapped. The right person won’t be working off base for long. See Appendix at the end of the document for detailed earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Drive enrolments and B2C/B2B sales for H²AI courses and digital products. Build and manage a pipeline across inbound leads and outbound outreach. Run discovery conversations that diagnose learner needs before prescribing solutions. Collaborate on campaign messaging and follow-up sequences with the marketing team. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, progressing through our incentive tiers.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in edtech or e-learning is non-negotiable. You’ve sold digital programmes before. You understand how to position learning outcomes, not just features. You’re comfortable with consultative selling, not scripts. Strong communicator, written and verbal. Comfortable with CRM tools and lead management.
