Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Sales and Marketing Management Trainee. The primary responsibilities include engaging in sales activities and relationship building, providing excellent customer service, participating in sales training programs, and assisting in sales management tasks. The individual will also contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding and experience in Sales and Sales Management processes
• Ability to participate in Training programs and quickly adapt to learning and implementing new strategies
• Proactive team player with problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SaaS products is a plus
