About the Role
Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who has experience managing sales and operations on e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling online sales channels, coordinating with customers, improving marketplace performance, and supporting the company’s digital growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Handle online customer inquiries and order coordination
- Monitor sales performance and marketplace analytics
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and dispatch updates
- Optimize product descriptions, pricing, and visibility
- Assist in digital marketing and promotional activities
- Generate leads and support online business development
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, IndiaMART, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of online marketing and customer handling
- Comfortable working in an office-based role in Chhatral
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer operations
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales or manufacturing industry
- Understanding of online advertising and marketplace promotions
- Ability to multitask and work independently
