About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Associate to sell AI-based services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and convert leads for AI services and digital solutions
• Conduct online demos, pitches, and client consultations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Stay updated on AI tools, solutions, and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing (mandatory)
• Prior experience selling digital, SaaS, or tech-based services preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Comfortable with online meetings, cold calling, and lead follow-ups

Note: Freshers are not eligible for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
