🎯 Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for helping MeshDex build pipeline, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified enterprise leads.
You will work closely with the founding and sales team on:
- B2B outreach campaigns
- Lead generation & prospect research
- Client communication & follow-ups
- Meeting scheduling with decision-makers
- Sales pipeline tracking
- CRM updates and reporting
- Supporting deal closure activities
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential enterprise clients
- Build targeted lead databases (founders, CTOs, CIOs, Ops heads, etc.)
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings
- Maintain structured sales pipeline tracking sheets
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Assist in preparing sales materials and pitch documents
- Support campaign execution for different industry segments

💰 Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based internship.
- 💸 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 (based on performance)
- 📈 Additional Commission: 10% – 20% profit sharing per closed deal
👉 Higher performance = higher earnings + faster growth opportunities
⚠️ Evaluation Period (7–15 Days)
The initial period will act as a mutual evaluation phase.
During this time:
- Performance, consistency, and communication will be evaluated
- Candidates can assess role fit and expectations
- Internship may be discontinued if performance is not aligned
