Role Description

• This is a remote, commission-only Sales Closer role at Quata Tech, a growing digital agency based in Chennai that builds conversion-focused websites for local businesses across India.
• We have a working inbound funnel — ads running, WhatsApp AI qualification, and automated follow-ups. Leads are coming in. Your job is to take those warm conversations, get on a quick call, understand the business owner’s problem, and close the deal.
• You will also work an outbound list of local businesses (salons, clinics, restaurants, retail stores) identified via Google Maps who don’t have a website or have a poor one.
• Commission: ₹2,500 per closed deal. Our package is priced at ₹19,999. Close 2 deals a week and you’re earning ₹20,000/month — fully remote, fully flexible around your schedule.
• You’ll receive a proven script, warm inbound leads, an outbound list, and full onboarding support. No prior experience in website sales required — but you must be comfortable talking to people and following up consistently.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English — mandatory. Tamil and Hindi are both required alongside English, as our clients are spread across Chennai and other Indian cities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and following up with warm leads over WhatsApp and phone
• Self-driven with a performance mindset — this is a commission-only role, not a fixed salary
• Ability to explain a simple product clearly without jargon — our clients are small business owners, not tech people
• Freshers welcome — prior sales, telecalling, or customer-facing experience is an advantage, not a requirement
• Available for at least 2-3 hours daily, Monday to Saturday
