Sales Coordinator – WFH Full Time

Supporting a UAE-based Company

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing quotations, order processing, customer follow-ups, and sales operations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or virtual meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Processing, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to work.
• Experience working with international teams and customers will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery documents, and invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Manage customer inquiries received via email, phone, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Perform CRM and ERP data entry, order processing, and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, payments, and outstanding receivables to ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports on customer activities, payment status, and sales performance while identifying and escalating any issues or abnormalities.
