Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound leads from website, social media, and marketing campaigns
2. Consult clients to understand their health goals, lifestyle, and diet requirements
3. Explain diet programs, supplements, and nutrition services clearly
4. Recommend personalized plans and close sales
5. Convert inquiries into paid clients through effective counseling and follow-ups
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets
7. Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly
8. Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
9. Coordinate with the operations/health team for smooth onboarding of clients

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s/master’s in dietetics/nutrition/food science or related field is
2. 0–2 years of experience in health, wellness, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
3. Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 – 6,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
