Sales cum Project Manager (Night Shift) Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales cum Project Manager with expertise in Book Printing, Production Coordination, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling client-facing e-meetings, pitching printing and publishing services, managing customer relationships, and coordinating end-to-end project execution.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and hands-on knowledge of book printing workflows, production planning, and material estimation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a night shift environment to support international clients and global operations.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management

• Conduct professional e-meetings/video calls with international and domestic clients.
• Present and pitch company services related to book printing, publishing, and production solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized printing and production solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Project Management

• Manage book printing projects from inquiry stage to final delivery.
• Coordinate with design, prepress, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, production timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and management.
• Resolve project-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Book Printing & BOM Management

• Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM) for printing and production requirements.
• Calculate paper consumption, printing specifications, binding requirements, and production costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials procurement.
• Ensure accuracy in production planning and material utilization.
• Maintain records of production specifications, estimates, and inventory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Business Administration, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in book printing, publishing, or print production management.
• Experience in handling international clients through online meetings and presentations.
• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and printing production workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, ERP systems, CRM tools, or project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of offset and digital printing processes.
• Understanding of paper types, binding methods, and print finishing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Experience working with overseas clients is an added advantage.
