- Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s IT Cloud offerings and services. ? Conduct data mining, cold calling, and outreach to potential clients across multiple platforms.
- Initiate and maintain client engagement by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.
