Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in IT Software, ERP, Website, Mobile Application, and Digital Solutions sales. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, meeting clients, understanding business requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Meet potential clients and understand their software and technology requirements.
• Present products and services professionally.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions and client requirements.
• Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IT Software, ERP Solutions, Website Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Services.
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Preferred Candidate

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in IT/Software sales preferred.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Existing network in business and corporate sectors will be an added advantage.
