- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a jewellery showroom is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Showcase jewellery collections and help customers explore various styles, designs, and gemstones.
- Provide expert guidance on jewellery selection based on customer preferences and occasions.
- Educate customers about quality, authenticity, and care of jewellery products.
- Assist with jewellery fittings, adjustments, and repair coordination.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
- Maintain showroom presentation and customer service standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Candidates from jewellery retail/showroom background will be preferred.
- Preferably looking for candidates based in or near Ranchi, Jharkhand.
