- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in IMS and Cloud services
- Lead revenue generation initiatives and ensure achievement of defined KPIs
- Establish frameworks to improve sales effectiveness, processes, and market share
- Drive sales for IT Infrastructure services, including Cloud, Network, Security, and End User Computing
- Collaborate with internal COE and practice teams to develop industry-specific solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs and CTOs across India
- Identify opportunities within key verticals such as BFSI, Manufacturing, and FMCG
- Strengthen team capability through coaching, competency development, and performance management
- Ensure alignment with evolving market demands in Digital IMS, Cloud, and Application Support services
- Bring a strong techno-commercial approach to solution selling and consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing preferred
- 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within IT services
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Cloud/IT Infrastructure Services
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, datacentre, networking, and security domains
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise clients and large deals
- Strong network within the India business region, especially at CIO/CTO level
- Proven ability to drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and coaching capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen with solution-selling experience
- Target-driven, resilient, and capable of working in high-pressure environments
