Responsibilities:
To initiate and implement actions to drive revenue growth and achieve sales of our services and solutions.
Identify and target prospective clients, build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and marketing campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Experience:
4-12 years of proven experience in sales any one of the following domains
E-security services and solutions (video surveillance, video management systems, central monitoring solutions, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection systems)
Network security solutions and services (Firewall, web security, network management systems).
AI based video analytics services and solutions.
Well-established network of clientele and experience of selling related solutions and services.
Strong technical background with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and fluency in usage of tools like Microsoft office tools.
Flexibility to travel as required.

CTC of Rs 8-25 lacs.
