Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming clients and handling inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins).
- Convert inbound leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records, track lead progress, and support sales documentation.
- Assist in marketing activities such as event coordination, social media support, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage both front desk and sales responsibilities.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement preferred.
