Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Execution Manager to manage end-to-end customer order processing and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, compliance with customer requirements, and smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders in coordination with the operations team
- Follow and implement customer order compliance requirements
- Prepare labeling instructions for the production department
- Coordinate closely with the production and manufacturing teams
- Work on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
- Prepare and share pick lists and order summaries with the operations team
- Coordinate internally regarding product availability and order readiness
- Maintain smooth communication across operations, production, and manufacturing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in order management / sales operations / supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with EDI systems
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and order management tools/ERP systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or production coordination
- Prior experience in export/import or compliance-driven industries
