GK Health Care is looking for a proactive Sales & Service Coordinator to support healthcare operations, customer service coordination, service scheduling, and dialysis equipment service management.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in building a career in healthcare operations and medical equipment services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and service operations

• Schedule service visits and follow up with customers

• Maintain customer communication and service records

• Coordinate with field service engineers and internal teams

• Handle administrative and operational tasks

• Maintain reports, documentation, and service updates

• Manage customer support and service requests

🔹 Required Skills

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Customer coordination and follow-up abilities

✔ Good organizational and administrative skills

✔ MS Office (Excel, Word)

✔ Ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
