MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role of “Associate – Sales Support” within our business operations in Bangalore, India.

Summary: The Team is a service-oriented group supporting business unit based in the US. The team is crucial in managing key processes such as account management for floor and wall tile categories, sales support through outbound calls, item data management (IDM), and Home Depot projects. As a valuable member of our dynamic team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate directly with Home Depot stores, gaining insights into market trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in managing projects and ensuring cross functional teams are providing timely updates on their tasks.

• Canada Special Buy Sales Push (Calls and emails).

• Online SKU Audits.

• Preparing meeting files for the Bi-Weekly Calls.

• Calculation file creation, PO verifications and shipment analysis.

• Any additional work/ task provided by the team lead related to your team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline with overall 1-2 years of experience in International process (Night Shift)

• Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.

• Understanding in basic supply chain terminologies.

• Needs to have basic knowledge with popular Microsoft Office programs e.g. PowerPoint, excel, word etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill must be able to create content and prepare reports.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Demonstrate sound work ethics.

• Flexible to work in Night shift.
