About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Talentgigs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud to enhance our customer service operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments including IT, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Salesforce platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration techniques using REST and SOAP APIs. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I are required, with additional certifications like Platform Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant highly preferred. The candidate should also have experience with data management tools and security configurations, along with excellent soft skills including problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to support our Customer Service operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications, designing and implementing Apex classes and triggers, and creating user interfaces using Visualforce and Lightning Web Components. You will work on integrating Salesforce with external systems such as telephony platforms and other service tools to streamline workflows. Additionally, the role involves configuring security settings, managing data migrations, and ensuring system performance and security are maintained at the highest standards. Providing end-user support, conducting training sessions, and documenting technical solutions are also integral parts of the role. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience through innovative Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
