About the Job The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integrated platforms. This role collaborates closely with marketing, sales, IT, and data teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys that enhance engagement, drive conversions, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Set up and configure data models.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys with segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Manage subscriber data, data extensions, and integrations ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and analytics teams to translate requirements into solutions. • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights through reporting and A/B testing.
• Support SFMC integration with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned. Reports to GCC Salesforce Platform Owner Required
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; IT-related specialization preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Experience in data segmentation and campaign optimization.
• Understanding/Knowledge of Data Cloud
• Understanding of email marketing and compliance standards (CAN-SPAM/GDPR).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred. Required Skills and Abilities • Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle and customer journeys.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and/or SSJS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Understanding of enterprise systems and data platforms.
