We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 5–6 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize data-driven customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder
  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including retargeting and audience segmentation
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with social media and advertising platforms
  • Proven ability to design and deliver personalized customer journeys
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and present campaign ROI
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
