Responsibilities

• Confirm thorough testing and validation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud features
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
• Analyze complex issues and provide solutions to enhance functionality
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in quality assurance practices
• Maintain exemplary standards of quality throughout the implementation process
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs
• Utilize analytical skills to assess and improve testing processes
• Stay updated on Salesforce established practices and industry trends

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation projects
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology preferred
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Salesforce Billing certifications
• 4 years of experience in IT
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects
• Proven experience in mobile testing for iOS and Android
• Understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
