Salesforce & SPIFF Incentive Compensation Management Specialist Full Time NEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are working with a leading global enterprise technology programme to source a Senior Salesforce and SPIFF (Incentive Compensation Management) Specialist. This is a long-term offshore engagement supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of complex incentive compensation plans integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud across a large, globally distributed commercial organisation.

You will lead end-to-end SPIFF compensation plan configuration, build Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, design REST API integrations between SPIFF and Salesforce and external systems, and drive UAT and post-go-live support. The role requires close collaboration with finance, sales, and IT stakeholders to translate complex compensation requirements into robust, auditable, and scalable technical solutions.

⚡ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT — Production-Evidenced SPIFF ICM Delivery

The enterprise client requires confirmed, hands-on SPIFF (Salesforce Incentive Compensation) plan

configuration and deployment in a production environment. Generic Salesforce admin profiles without

confirmed ICM/SPIFF delivery will not be progressed.

Both Apex/LWC development depth AND SPIFF compensation plan configuration are mandatory — not one or the other.

Do not submit candidates who cannot evidence live SPIFF implementation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Core Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 6 years Salesforce experience with confirmed SPIFF (Incentive Compensation Management) delivery
• SPIFF plan configuration: commission structures, crediting logic, calculation rules, accelerators, payout schedules
• Salesforce development: Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
• Salesforce administration: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Reports and Dashboards
• REST API integration design between SPIFF, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and external systems
• Data synchronisation, commission data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
• UAT management and post-go-live support for SPIFF and Salesforce implementations
• Requirements gathering and solution design documentation for compensation and sales processes
• Strong written and verbal English — client-facing stakeholder management and business analysis

Advantageous / Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer I / II
• Prior experience with other ICM platforms (Xactly, Varicent, Everstage) — transferable knowledge
• Exposure to middleware tools for integration (MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Experience with finance systems integration (ERP, billing, GL)
• Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud experience
• Agile / Scrum delivery methodology experience

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Senior Salesforce specialist with 6+ years of experience and confirmed SPIFF ICM delivery in production
• Strong understanding of sales compensation concepts — commission structures, quota attainment, accelerators
• Able to translate complex business compensation requirements into scalable, auditable technical solutions
• Comfortable working directly with finance and sales leadership stakeholders
• Available for hybrid working across India office locations
