We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Buying & Sourcing Consultant to design, implement, and support procurement solutions. The role involves configuring Guided Buying for an intuitive user experience and managing sourcing processes to drive efficient supplier engagement and procurement operations.. More details as below.
Location : India (REMOTE)
Type : Contract (6 months -extendable)
Experience : 10+ years
Shift : Saudi Shift – Sunday to Thursday – 10.30 am to 7.30 pm IST – Remote
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba, with strong focus on Guided Buying & Sourcing
- Hands-on experience in Ariba Buying and Invoicing / Guided Buying configuration
- Experience in Ariba Sourcing (event creation, templates, supplier management)
- Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes
- Experience in integration with SAP MM / S/4HANA
- Knowledge of catalog enablement and buying channels
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ariba Upstream & Downstream modules
- Knowledge of CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
- Exposure to contract management (CLM)
- Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba Guided Buying solutions
- Design and manage catalogs, buying channels, policies, and approval workflows
- Implement and support SAP Ariba Sourcing (RFI, RFP, RFQ, auctions)
- Manage supplier onboarding and sourcing events
- Configure forms, templates, and sourcing rules
- Integrate Ariba with SAP S/4HANA / ECC (MM module)
- Optimize procurement processes and ensure policy compliance
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and hypercare
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
