Your Role

• Support end-to-end logistics process design across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Identify and evaluate Order-to-Cash process improvements and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Conduct KPIs, data analysis and operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with senior managers on program delivery and governance.
• Prepare functional documentation, process maps, and solution design artifacts, operating models for As-Is and To-Be phases. Work with ERP and logistics technology teams to evaluate system integration, automation, labour arbitrage and compression opportunities
• Develop deliverables for deployment planning, including Target Operating Model and Transition Roadmap. Apply the Operating model design framework and ensure standardized design documentation.

Your Profile

• We are looking for a dynamic Manager/ Sr. Consultant who will be responsible for designing and implementing Warehouse, Maintenance, and Transport processes, Analyzing KPIs, Logistics analytics, and operating models for both As-Is and To-Be phases in alignment with the overall program approach. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of program objectives.
• 6-12 years in supply chain and logistics consulting or operations, with hands-on experience in process design and technology enablement.
• Plan and manage the logistics workstream, including dependencies, reporting, risks, and issues to achieve deliverables on time.Drive the workstream through effective preparation and facilitation of workshops.
• Facilitate engagement sessions with key stakeholders and maintain high standards in all interactions and presentations.
