SCM & Operations Executive Full Time

About the Role –

We are looking for a high-ownership SCM Executive to manage vendor coordination, procurement, and supply timelines for critical systems. This role is execution-heavy, requiring strong follow-ups, negotiation skills, and an understanding of technical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor identification, onboarding, and relationship management
• Handling RFQs, quotations, comparisons, and negotiations
• Creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensuring on-time procurement of mechanical, electrical, and RF components
• Managing lead times, delivery schedules, and delays
• Coordinating with internal teams (Design, Production, Testing)
• Maintaining vendor database and pricing records
• Supporting cost optimization and alternate sourcing
• Tracking inventory levels and avoiding stock-outs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Supply Chain / Operations
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement / SCM / vendor management
• Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments preferred
• Strong skills in Excel, vendor follow-ups, and documentation
• Understanding of technical components is a big plus
