Stipend: ₹15,000/month

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join the Diggaj Realty LLP digital marketing team. You will work hands-on with our SEO and content team to improve search visibility and drive organic growth in the competitive Bangalore real estate market. If you are passionate about how Google works and want to build a strong career in SEO, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO

Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, and URL slugs for target keywords
Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner or Ubersuggest
Ensure proper heading structure (H1, H2, H3) across pages and blog posts
Optimize image alt texts and file names for better indexing
Work on internal linking and audit existing pages for on-page SEO gaps

Off-Page SEO

Assist in building quality backlinks through outreach and guest posting
Research relevant websites and directories for link building opportunities
Monitor and track backlink profiles using tools like Ahrefs or Moz

Backlink Building

Identify Do-Follow and No-Follow backlink opportunities
Reach out to bloggers and site owners for backlink collaborations
Maintain a backlink tracker sheet and build profile links on high DA platforms

Content & Blogging

Write or assist in writing SEO-optimized blog posts and articles
Format content properly with headings, internal links, and target keywords
Assist in content calendar planning aligned with SEO goals

Technical SEO

Submit XML sitemaps and monitor Google Search Console for crawl errors
Check page speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals
Assist in implementing basic schema markup (FAQ, Article, LocalBusiness)
Ensure canonical tags are set correctly to avoid duplicate content

Required Skills

Basic understanding of SEO — on-page, off-page, and technical
Familiarity with WordPress — publishing posts, editing meta data, managing plugins
Basic knowledge of HTML tags — headings, alt text, meta tags, anchor text
Good written communication skills in English
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with Rank Math or Yoast SEO
Exposure to Elementor or any WordPress page builder
Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz — even free versions
Prior experience managing a personal blog or website
