We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Search Specialist to lead our SEO initiatives and drive organic growth. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, content strategy, and client-facing experience, along with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Lead keyword research, content planning, and site architecture optimization.
• Build and oversee content strategies aligned with business and search intent.
• Conduct and implement technical SEO audits (site performance, crawlability, indexing, etc.)
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and growth.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting strategies, performance reports, and insights.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and industry best practices.

Skills and Requirements:

Essential

• 5+ years of experience in SEO / Search Marketing.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Strong track record of building and executing SEO & content strategies.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and content structuring.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO (site audits, indexing, page speed, schema, etc.)
• Experience in team management or leadership roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for SEO implementation.
• Experience working in an agency environment.
