Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US clients (sourcing → screening → interview → onboarding)
Understand client requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specs and hiring strategy
Experience with Semiconductor/IT recruitment
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
Handle US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
Coordinate interviews with clients across US time zones (night shifts in India)
Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines
Negotiate salary, rates, and offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
Stay updated on US labor laws, visa processes, and market trends to ensure compliance and better hiring decisions
